An edge gateway on site buffers readings when the internet connection drops and re-sends them when it returns. Data is logged at one-minute intervals and available on the web dashboard and mobile app.

Compressor Energy Monitoring for an Industrial Plant
Problem. The factory had no visibility into compressor energy usage. Breakdowns arrived unannounced and stopped production, electricity costs were high, and there was no data to diagnose the root cause of either problem.
Solution. Deployed AirFinity IoT sensors across six compressors with RS-485 integration, an on-site edge gateway, and a real-time Firebase cloud dashboard covering energy, pressure, and temperature.
Implementation. Full hardware and software deployment completed in two weeks. Mobile alerts were configured for pressure anomalies and energy spikes, routed to the responsible maintenance personnel.
