What is Avantix SitePass?
Avantix SitePass is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that manages visitors and contractors entering industrial sites. Visitors register digitally and receive a QR badge, guards check people in and out through a dedicated interface, and contractor safety records and documents are stored against each person — replacing the paper logbook at the guardhouse with a searchable digital record.

Avantix SitePass — common questions
What does SitePass replace?
It replaces the paper visitor logbook and the separate spreadsheets used to track contractor safety inductions and documents. All three become one digital record that can be searched, reported on, and checked automatically at the gate.
Can SitePass manage more than one factory?
Yes. SitePass is built as multi-tenant SaaS, so a group operating several plants manages them from one platform while keeping each site's data, access rules, and reporting separate.
How does SitePass handle contractor safety compliance?
Safety induction status, certifications, and document expiry dates are stored against each contractor record and checked at check-in, so a contractor with lapsed documentation is identified at the gate rather than discovered during an audit.
Can I see who is currently on site?
Yes. Because check-in and check-out are both recorded through the guard interface, the system maintains a live on-site roll — the information needed during an evacuation, which a paper logbook cannot reliably provide.
